According to data from Redfin, homes in the Sunset's 94122 and 94116 ZIP codes sold in a median of two weeks between June and August 2024, a pace almost identical to the same period in 2019 when the median was 16 days.
Meanwhile, homes in nearly every other part of San Francisco took significantly longer to sell, with the overall median time to find a buyer jumping to 35 days in 2024, up from just 24 days in 2019.
