The Anaheim Local Housing Trust Fund, seeded by a $30 million contribution from Walt Disney Company, will finance affordable housing projects and assistance programs.
To strengthen the fund, Anaheim is considering development impact fees from developers and support from the Anaheim Tourism Improvement District to build affordable homes.
