Manuel Nunez-Palomino was arrested shortly after his release from the San Bernardino County Detention Center for attempting to break into vehicles in the sheriff's employee parking lot. After being booked for a misdemeanor traffic warrant, he was released and caught on security cameras trying various vehicle doors.
