Alexander (Xander) Christian Furey, who lived from March 18, 2007, to February 20, 2025, was a passionate individual known for his love of music and martial arts. He attended various schools in the Beaverton School District and was deeply involved in the arts, particularly musical theatre and choir during his time at Southridge High School. A dedicated Karate student, he earned a First-Degree Black Belt at the Family Martial Arts Academy, where he also enjoyed mentoring younger students. Xander’s appreciation for the universe and nature reflected his belief in humanity's interconnectedness.
Xander's vibrant personality was demonstrated through his love for music, performance in musical theatre, and dedication to Karate, highlighting his multifaceted talents and interests.
As a proud First-Degree Black Belt, Xander not only excelled in Karate but also took immense joy in mentoring younger students, fostering a sense of community.
