Ingredients will be sourced from Tokyo's Toyosu Fish Market and seasonal produce from Ibaraki Prefecture. Menu offerings will include items like Pork Gyoza, Chicken Katsu Curry, and Miso Cod. The Izakaya will provide a cozy atmosphere with dim lights and lively music, enhancing the dining experience.
From July 19th through August 17th, Hiyakawa will transform into an Izakaya, serving a new menu of high-quality small plates by renowned chefs.
The menu features ingredients imported directly from Tokyo's Toyosu Fish Market and seasonal produce from Ibaraki Prefecture, showcasing authentic flavors.
