The customer, Taci Madison, alleged in the lawsuit filed to the San Francisco Superior Court that on Feb. 16, 2022, a manager at Rooh referred to as 'John Doe' became verbally abusive towards her after she asked why her 'customary discount' was not applied to her receipt.
The San Francisco Superior Court has scheduled a case management conference between the two parties for July 10.
