Marufuku Ramen has opened a new restaurant in the Pruneyard shopping center in Campbell, adding to its existing locations across the U.S. The chain began in San Francisco's Japantown in 2010 and has since expanded to areas including Cupertino, Oakland, Southern California, Texas, New York City's East Village, and Las Vegas. Menu highlights feature signature Hakata-style Tonkotsu pork and Chicken Paitan bowls with rich, opaque broths that take 12 hours to prepare.
