Rodney Scott's BBQ, founded by James Beard Award-winning pitmaster Rodney Scott, is partnering with Target's Good & Gather to release a new line of 12 Southern barbecue products. The items, which include Carolina-style sauces, mac and cheese, and baked beans, are meant for at-home barbecues, broadening access to Scott's renowned flavors for those outside the Southeast. Scott has a rich history in barbecue, gaining fame from his family's former business and his own establishments. Products will be available from June 1 both in-store and online.
