FlexJobs analyzed roughly 60,000 companies and their 2025 job postings to identify the top 100 companies hiring for remote and hybrid roles. Offering flexible work options allows companies to access a broader and more diverse talent pool and can improve productivity, retention, and reduce attrition, contributing to a happier workforce. Remote and hybrid preferences remain strong, with a previous FlexJobs survey finding approximately 98% of surveyed workers prefer hybrid or remote over fully in-person. The top career categories for remote postings were project management, computer and IT, and operations. Top job titles included account executive, software engineer, and project manager. Forty of the top 100 companies were newcomers, indicating growing employer commitment to flexibility.
