Supporting workers with Long COVID requires re-thinking many long-standing practices—critically, the way organizations view disability inclusion... It requires understanding and including people much more holistically.
Just as many organizations learned during quarantine that much more flexibility in the workplace is possible than previously thought, many will learn that much kinder and more inclusive cultures are possible.
