Wing 9.0.1 fixes rendering of notebook tabs on Windows when not emulating OS display style, works around segfaults in Python 3.11 when using lxml, fixes vi mode ci[ and similar when the cursor is on the opening character, fixes tooltips appearing on the incorrect monitor, and makes a few other usability improvements.
