TSB customers hit by payment problems

TSB stated, 'We're aware of an issue with some BACS payments not yet showing on customers' accounts. We are working on fixing this and will provide an update as soon as possible.'
A spokesperson added, 'Customers who have gone overdrawn will not be out of pocket with any charges,' addressing concerns from clients experiencing financial strain.
HMRC confirmed that 'some customers who bank with TSB have not received their Child Benefit today due to issues at the bank,' clarifying that their systems functioned properly.
