A new report from Glassdoor indicates that over 60% of salaries were lower than the median of their respective pay range, contrary to job seekers' expectations.

While larger employers have fewer discrepancies between actual salaries and reported pay ranges, the difference is slight, regardless of a state's pay transparency laws.
