Disney told a man he couldn't take it to court over his wife's death at one of its parks because he once had a Disney+ trial. Now it's backing down.

In April, Disney requested to dismiss the complaint stating it didn't control the restaurant and the couple didn't take necessary precautions against the alleged damages.

Kanokporn Tangsuan died after claiming the food she was served contained allergens, despite assurances from the waiter that the dishes would be allergen-free.
