Justin Foley, 43, has been charged in connection with two historic sexual assaults from 2004 and 2005 in Mississauga and Brampton, following an extensive investigation.
In July 2004, a man sexually assaulted a 20-year-old woman in Mississauga, and a year later, he allegedly assaulted a 16-year-old girl in Brampton. Foley was arrested on September 16.
Foley faces multiple charges, including two counts of sexual assault with a weapon, kidnapping, and using an imitation firearm, among other offences.
During his court appearance, Foley appeared in a prisoner's box wearing a white t-shirt and spoke only to confirm his identity; he remains in custody.
