Scottish comedian Richard Gadd, who wrote and starred in Baby Reindeer, has said the story is autobiographical, but he took steps to disguise character identities.
Fiona Harvey, who claims she inspired the character Martha, describes the show as obscene and states she never sent the volume of messages attributed to her.
In her lawsuit, Fiona Harvey argues that Baby Reindeer falsely labels its events as a true story, calling it 'the biggest lie in television history.'
