"That's when they were so uncomfy. They were like, 'We actually can't check you in. You've been permanently banned,'" Wright recalled her shock and confusion over the unexpected news, highlighting the lack of transparency from the airline regarding her ban.
"You should know why," was the response she received from the employees when she inquired about the reason for her ban. Wright found this statement bewildering, reflecting a troubling lack of communication and accountability from American Airlines.
"I very genuinely don't know why. I'm very confused, I'm starting to tear up," she said, illustrating the emotional toll this unexpected ban took on her, compounded by the financial strain of having to purchase a new expensive flight.
