The Ranch Saloon and Steakhouse, opened by Ben Berg Hospitality at the Houston Rodeo, has unexpectedly thrived despite initial skepticism. During the event, it has become one of the busiest restaurants in the U.S., earning approximately $3 million in just 20 days and appealing to a high-end audience. Boasting a lavish 16,000 square feet, it offers an upscale Western-themed atmosphere, complete with live music, a bustling bar, and an interactive art environment. With a newly launched VIP area, it continues to attract celebrities and local chefs, further cementing its status as a culinary success at the Rodeo.
By owner Ben Berg's math, that's $30,000 an hour. It's incredible, he says. The Ranch also served more than 23,000 people last year and is set to surpass that this year.
The Ranch is one of the busiest restaurants in the country during the Rodeo, attracting a high-end crowd seeking a chic dining experience amid the carnival atmosphere.
