This is your brain on climate change, according to neuroscience
Briefly

There is clear evidence for an impact of the climate on some brain conditions, especially stroke and infections of the nervous system. The climatic variation that was shown to have an effect on brain diseases included extremes of temperature (both low and high), and greater temperature variation throughout the course of the day-especially when these measures were seasonally unusual.
Higher temperatures during nighttime hours can disrupt sleep, being a trigger for certain brain conditions. Symptoms vary based on conditions: seizure control worsens for epilepsy, MS worsens in heat waves, strokes severity rises in hotter temperatures, and mental health conditions like depression worsen.
