Huge 'Christmas Eve asteroid' will skim past Earth tonight, NASA warns
Briefly

Tonight, a massive 'Christmas Eve asteroid' the size of a ten-story building will skim past Earth at 14,743mph. This will occur at 02:56 am GMT.
Experts say there is no chance of Christmas being ruined by a collision with this vast space rock as it will pass about 4.48 million miles away.
Jess Lee, an astronomer, stated: 'It will be very far away, around 18 times further away from the Earth than the Moon is.'
The ESA does not include 2024 NX1 on the 'Risk List', indicating no risk of collision despite its proximity.
