A Lodge in the Pigue / Mestizo Estudio Arquitectura
Briefly

The project aims to create a lodging space that honors the natural environment and elicits a sense of rest and connection with the Amazonian jungle.
Utilizing recycled and natural materials, the architecture merges with the landscape, allowing a large Pigüe tree to remain in its natural habitat.
Guided by cultural ancestry, the architectural design reflects artisanal techniques while ensuring environmental sustainability through innovative water treatment and construction methods.
The layout of the lodging over the ravine not only respects the existing ecosystem but also supports the nature around it, merging nature with human habitation.
