Eduardo Diaz, 42, was charged with attempted murder and assault after allegedly shooting his former boss multiple times during an attack in broad daylight.
The incident occurred in front of Lincoln Business Machines, where Diaz confronted his former boss before firing multiple shots at close range, even shooting him as he lay on the ground.
