The Uber Eats driver is accused of groping a woman and not allowing her to leave his car after offering her a ride, police say.
While the pair drove, 'the driver began making inappropriate comments and groping her,' leading to the woman's desperate escape from the vehicle.
The driver pushed her back inside the car and shut the door when the woman attempted to leave, indicative of false imprisonment.
After managing to escape, the woman called 911, but by the time officers arrived, the driver had already fled the scene.
