Four retired detectives from the initial Stephen Lawrence murder investigation will not face criminal charges as the review concluded there was insufficient evidence for conviction.
The decision not to prosecute was challenged by Stephen's parents and friend, but the CPS upheld it after reviewing the evidence from the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
