Two women were shot on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, one killed and the other clinging to life, in a domestic-related incident. A 4-year-old child was present in the car during the shooting.
Witnesses initially thought the shots came from near Gracie Mansion. One victim fell on the sidewalk, while another was behind the car, possibly shot in the head, with the 4-year-old child inside.
