NYPD officers won't face charges in the shooting of Billy Lee after an investigation by the NYS Attorney General's Office found no evidence of unlawful action.
The officers shot and killed Lee after he refused to drop his weapon, which turned out to be an air pistol, and fired at them during an incident in the Bronx on May 13, 2022.
