The fatal hit-and-run incident occurred on Friday night when officers responded to reports of an unresponsive man, later identified as Joaquin Revuelta.
Revuelta was discovered on Willow Pass Road and transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, prompting an ongoing investigation by local authorities.
Surveillance footage captured the crash, and Pittsburg Police are following leads to identify the vehicle and driver involved, but no arrests have been made yet.
The police have urged anyone with information about the hit-and-run to contact Officer James Pena, as the investigation continues without a suspect description being released.
