On Wednesday in Sanski Most, a school employee shot dead three people, including the principal and a teacher, using an automatic rifle before attempting suicide.
According to regional police spokesman Adnan Beganovic, the attacker had a dispute with the school's management, contributing to the tragic incident.
The shooting occurred during the summer break, but examinations were taking place in the high school, leading to people being present in the building.
The gunman is now in serious condition in a Banja Luka hospital, and the incident highlights the issue of illegal weapons in Bosnia.
