Two motorcyclists, aged 32 and 35, tragically lost their lives after their motorcycle collided with an SUV in Manhattan's Upper East Side early Sunday morning.
Emergency services arrived at the scene where the motorcyclists were found critically injured and unfortunately pronounced dead right there, adding to the tragic nature of the incident.
In disturbing images from the site, the wreckage of the SUV and motorcycle can be seen, along with evidence of the crash, including glass littering the street.
The 30-year-old driver of the SUV, who remained on the scene after the collision, has not been arrested, indicating an ongoing police investigation into the crash.
