Recorda Davey-Ann Clarke, 35, was out celebrating his girlfriend's birthday when he was fatally stabbed after a fight broke out between two groups.
The alleged attacker, described as a Somalian male, followed the couple after they walked away and fatally stabbed Mr. Clarke in a violent confrontation.
Despite attempts at life-saving measures, Mr. Clarke was pronounced dead shortly after the stabbing, with a post-mortem confirming the cause as a stab wound.
A bloodstained knife was later retrieved by police, leading to the arrest of Elyas Moussa, who has been charged with murder following the incident.
