Four migrants involved in the Manhattan Target robbery face deportation by ICE, while one, Brayan Freites-Macias, remains in custody for being an illegal immigrant and amenable to removal from the U.S.
The suspects stole items worth $82 and resisted arrest, with one officer sustaining injuries during the struggle.
The other four suspects, also here illegally, were released without bail but subsequently arrested by ICE; all are awaiting removal proceedings.
