Lorik Lupqi, 21, extradited from Kosovo, faces two murder charges related to the stabbing deaths of Leonardo Reid and Klevi Shekaj during a music video shoot.
At the Old Bailey, the prosecution noted there are already four other defendants in the same case, all facing serious charges connected to the same incident.
Judge Mark Dennis KC ruled that Mr Lupqi's case will be combined with those of Jason Furtado, Abel Chunda, Eden Clark, and Xavier Poponne for trial.
The trial for the involved parties, including Lupqi, is scheduled to commence on 17 March and is expected to span eight weeks in total.
