A 25-year-old man was arrested in connection with the assault on two 13-year-olds at Kissena Park, sexually assaulting the girl after forcing them into the woods at knifepoint.
The Ecuadorian national arrived in NYC in 2021 and was recognized by residents from police wanted posters; the public helped identify him after a $10,000 reward offer.
