Danny Casavilla-Garcia, intoxicated and taking photos of parked vehicles, opened fire on two men who asked him to stop, injuring one.
After a brief confrontation, Casavilla-Garcia shot at Cedeno Alvarado, hitting him in the pelvis, while another man narrowly escaped injury.
Police arrested Casavilla-Garcia, recovering a handgun from his back pocket, resulting in two counts of attempted murder charges against him.
