Ja'Lynn Polk already proving himself a building-block player early in Patriots training camp
Briefly

I've been a huge fan of Polk since scouting all those other players. He's just one of those guys that when he puts the pads on, he's that much better... He does the dirty work. He also can run great routes, has great hands. He's one of those just all-around players that you want to build your team around, and I would also say he does flash some leadership ability, which I definitely appreciate.
Polk being a building-block player for the Patriots should not come as a surprise; the team invested the 37th overall pick in the draft in him for a reason...it is refreshing to see a highly-drafted wideout generating some hype early on in his New England career.
Polk is right up there with them, and throughout the first nine practices might have been the most consistent pass catcher in the team's arsenal. 'I get ready each and every day,' he said. 'That's my goal, just to be better than I was yesterday. My mindset coming in here is to get better.'
