Capitals bought CapFriendly due to fears of it going away: 'The discussion lasted probably for over a year'

We wanted to build off that interface and we needed someone that could do that and they have great experience doing it... we can build off that, incorporate some of our analytics stuff, and build a pretty good interface that we can use going forward.

Those guys are passionate about what they do obviously, and they've done a good job with the interface. So we think there are lots of positives to building off that interface and adding some of the things we think are important.
