The Look Book Goes to a Gallery to Get a Haircut
Briefly

Sofia Nago, a student from Midtown East, shares her experiences attending an event where her friends are participating in creative activities. She emphasizes the surprising connections she's made through Twitter, feeling she's made more friends online than in-person events. Although she considers herself an artist in terms of hobbies, she hasn't published anything or performed at events yet. Her reflections underscore the evolving nature of social interactions and creativity in urban environments like New York City.
I literally go up to people and I'm like, 'Hey, you look cool and you are my age and I like whatever thing you're doing.' So I'm kind of shocked that I've made more friends on Twitter than I have at any party I've ever been to in New York City.
I would say 'yes' but not in the same way as everybody here. It's more of a hobby for me. I like to write and I doodle and draw every so often, but there's nothing I've published or read out loud at an event.
