Maison des Services Latecoere / Brenac & Gonzalez & Associes
Briefly

The Maison des Services Latécoère serves as a community hub, designed like a party pavilion that emphasizes connection and interaction among visitors in the surrounding park.
Inspired by tea pavilions, the building is constructed entirely of wood, emphasizing low-tech and sustainable design, while showcasing the natural beauty of larch and spruce.
With large terraces and bay windows, the design maximizes light and views, blending seamlessly with its park surroundings while ensuring thermal comfort and functional flows.
The architectural approach incorporates overhanging terraces and a playful graphic design of moucharabiehs, creating a unique facade that harmonizes with the outdoor environment.
