Karaoke House / Man Office
Briefly

Our design approach aimed to revive the architecture of 1970s Iranian houses without nostalgia, focusing on functional durability and craftsmanship, using materials like washed cement.
In the economically underdeveloped Nakhrisi neighborhood, we enhanced security and reduced visual chaos through a closed facade, ensuring that natural light and ventilation remain a priority.
The project features three main design elements focused on internal spatial connections, adequate light, and ventilation, all while responding to the neighborhood's unique urban challenges.
Through varied height levels in the house, we activated a Z-axis functionality that maximizes natural light and ventilation while creating inviting internal experiences.
