Senator Bernie Sanders challenged the notion of unity within the Democratic Party, as claimed by Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer. In a CNN interview, Sanders highlighted areas of disagreement and called for the party to articulate a compelling vision for the future. He stressed the importance of an agenda that includes universal healthcare and tackling campaign finance reform. Sanders also responded to skepticism about the effectiveness of his and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's approaches, advocating that electoral success hinges on resonating with the electorate on meaningful issues.

But in my view, you can't win elections unless you have something to say that resonates with the American people.
