Briefly

Prix Versailles unveiled its 2025 list of the world's most beautiful restaurants, showcasing stunning dining venues globally, with NYC's Beefbar making the cut. Opened in the spring of 2024 in Tribeca, Beefbar replaces the former Nobu space and offers a unique design reflective of both American and European influences. The opulent décor, crafted by Humbert & Poyet, includes tall arched windows, velvet seats, and a visible kitchen, elevating the dining experience as a feast for both the palate and the eyes.
The new location's décor, designed by the Monaco-based firm Humbert & Poyet, is a perfect reflection of New York: a melting pot of influences from which novel expressions emanate, that are as original as they are disconcerting.
Prix Versailles released its list of the world's most visually stunning dining rooms which highlights gorgeous eateries in far-flung locales, including New York's own Beefbar.
