I Cavallini, a new Italian restaurant, has opened in Williamsburg to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Michelin-starred wine bar, Four Horsemen. The restaurant features a menu of house-made pasta, antipasti, and various meat and seafood dishes. The wine selection emphasizes smaller producers, curated by wine director Flo Barth with over 100 bottles available. I Cavallini also offers a cocktail menu under bar director Jojo Colonna, providing unique drinks that differentiate it from its predecessor, emphasizing a blend of culinary creativity and Italian tradition.
The anticipated Italian eatery, called I Cavallini, officially opened its doors today, located right across the street from the Four Horseman in Williamsburg.
All the pasta dotting the menu are made in-house by the culinary team, including farfallone with Calabrian chili butter and smoked pancetta.
In keeping with Four Horsemen tradition, the selection highlights plenty of smaller producers, with wine director Flo Barth curating over 100 bottles.
Unlike the Four Horsemen, I Cavallini will have a cocktail list, featuring drinks like the spot's version of an espresso martini.
