Lewis initially thought it was a scam, but realized, "somebody genuinely wanted 10,000 of his and his wife's homemade cookies." This pivotal moment compelled them to convert their living space into a bakery.
Within two weeks of relentless baking, Lewis and Yasmin shipped cookies all over the UK, marking the success of their small venture into baking. By early 2023, they transitioned their operation into an empty unit, showcasing how a hobby can blossom into a full-fledged business.
