The Pachamama Group, known for its Peruvian cuisine, is expanding into Mediterranean dining with a new casual Greek restaurant, Bottarga, opening in Chelsea.
Bottarga, inspired by the Aegean islands, will offer a menu featuring Greek ingredients, crafted by Executive Chef Tzoulio Loulai and Adam Rawson.
Signature dishes include whole grilled fish with chili butter and txuleta ribeye with bone marrow stifado, integrating rich Greek flavors and culinary traditions.
Additionally, the venue will feature Mediterranean wines and a curated soundtrack by DJ Georgios Kalamotousakis, complemented by a terrace for outdoor dining.
