Briefly

After the closure of their acclaimed restaurant, Uncle Boons, during the pandemic, Ann Redding and Matt Danzer pivoted to a new venture called Uncle Boons Sister. This casual spot emphasizes Thai-inspired diner fare. As they continue to thrive, they are set to launch a new takeout-only concept called Mommy Pai's, offering Thai chicken fingers and tropical drinks. This initiative reflects their commitment to innovation in dining, and they aim to retain the vibrant atmosphere of their previous establishments.
