Iqbal Singh, a vape shop owner, faces serious charges of sexual assault and rape against a 14-year-old girl, including administering substances to facilitate these acts.
The allegations against Singh include one count of rape and four counts of sexual assault, all purportedly occurring at his vape store over a six-month period.
During a court appearance, Singh pleaded not guilty to all seven charges and was granted conditional bail while awaiting trial, set for September 2025.
