I try to keep up so we can hang out [while surfing with my kids]. Spending the summer out east means enjoying the local seafood and soft serve.
I switched to oat milk after COVID. We were living upstate, splurging on butter and cheese. Our livers were not good from too much dairy, so we switched to oat milk.
I drink Djamu, a turmeric drink from my friend's company, to fill me up for a couple of hours. I'm trying to eliminate eating too much for breakfast.
Of course, we take guests to Duryea. It's our favorite restaurant in Montauk, known for its outdoor setting and massive lobster Cobb salad.
