Kevin Maxey, with experience in New York and locally, was drawn to the idea of an Italian restaurant. Discovering the name Pendolino during olive oil research, he adopted it for his concept.
The space, designed by Kirby Caldwell, captures a touch of moodiness through its juxtaposition of materials and colors. Creamy shades of white, deep purple and sage upholstery, coastal blue window frames create a unique neighborhood-friendly atmosphere.
