The Grimace Shake, blending blueberry-flavored syrup with McDonald's iconic milkshake base, is inspired by the brand's monster-like mascot introduced in the 1970s.
The milkshake will be available in most UK McDonald's restaurants starting August 28, and Londoners can try it sooner with select locations offering it on August 26.
Customers must act quickly to secure a Grimace Shake, as it will only be available for one week, ending on September 4, at a price of £2.69 to £2.99.
Originally a villain who stole milkshakes from customers, the Grimace character was rebranded into a more child-friendly figure by McDonald's over the years.
