Now at MXO, we’re flipping the traditional steakhouse script by infusing it with vibrant Mexican flavors. The norm is to serve more American or even French-style sides, but here, it’s all about embracing our heritage.
After traveling and tasting in Monterrey, I felt inspired to bring open-fire cooking and a blend of Mexican cuisine to the steakhouse concept here in L.A. It’s something you just don’t see.
